Rincon Health is a DPC practice that is centered around meeting patient needs in a variety of settings. Whether you need an office visit, telehealth conference, house call, or just a quick text or phone call, we are there for you. It is a patient-centered experience, for people of all ages. We live in the Rincon Valley and consider this our home and our community.
Mandy DeMeritt grew up in the great state of South Dakota where she attended South Dakota State University (Go Jacks!). She graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. In 2008 she moved to Tucson where she started her nursing career. She worked in the areas of labor and delivery, cardiovascular ICU, radiology, plastics, hand surgery, and neurology. She went on to attend the University of Colorado where she obtained her Master's of Science in nursing with honors. Since graduation in 2015, she has spent her time working in family practice treating people of all ages.
She is a wife to a wonderful and supportive husband and proud mother of four children. Her kids would say she is a "superhairo" (superhero). She believes that all people have intrinsic value. People can and do change. She wants to inspire people to live better, healthier lives. It is her goal to educate and empower people. When she isn't working, she loves spending quality time with family and friends while living, laughing, and loving life.

Greg DeMeritt grew up as an Air Force child spending time all over America and even a few years in Germany. His family permanently landed in Tucson in 1996. He attended the University of Arizona and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Park University in Management and Computer Information Systems. He's worked in healthcare software development ever since. He currently works for a locally founded electronic health record.
He loves helping people by giving his time and resources. He enjoys solving complex problems and takes pride in working in the medical industry. When not solving problems, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
Emily is a desert rat, living in the southwest all her life! Las Cruces, New Mexico was home, including college years with getting her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New Mexico State University. She then moved to Phoenix, AZ to work at Mayo Hospital, and soon started graduate school at Grand Canyon University, receiving her Master's in Science Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner.
As an FNP, she worked at The Neighborhood Christian Clinic, a Faith based clinic serving the uninsured community. After 3 years there, she moved to Native Health in Phoenix serving a diverse community with patients with insurance, under insured, and uninsured. Once she meet her wonderful husband, she moved to Tucson and worked for Banner Health for 7 years. She also has 3 beautiful children. When she is not working, she loves to be with family and friends; especially enjoying the great outdoors and God's creation. She is grateful for the opportunity to join the Rincon Health team and provide you with individualized, exceptional healthcare.

Joanna grew up for part of her life in Indiana and then her family moved out to Tucson, AZ. Although it took many years, she has found an appreciation for the beauty the desert has to offer. She graduated with honors from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008. She spent a brief stint on an orthopedic unit and then transferred to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, where she was part of the ECMO team, and spent the majority of her career working here. She has also worked on an ambulatory pre-op PACU unit, and most recently has worked for a primary care clinic triaging patients.
Joanna has always had an interest in holistic and integrative medicine and has always sought it in her own life. She loves the ability to help patients feel better and is very excited to be able to offer IV ozone at Rincon Health Direct Primary Care. When not working she loves spending time with family and friends whether it’s hiking, camping, traveling, sharing a good meal, or just quality time together and good laughs. Making memories with the people she loves fills her cup.
