We do not depend on or bill insurance. By removing the health insurance companies, we can get back to focusing on you and your needs. Please visit our pricing page for further cost information.

It is recommended that you at least have a high deductible or catastrophic insurance plan. Another option would be a healthshare plan like: Altrua, Zion Health or Sedera. 

Currently we are awaiting guidance from the IRS as to if that is allowed. Please speak with your tax representative for further clarifications. 

We serve all ages from birth to elderly.

You have no co-pay. Most of the services are included in the membership price. If there is an extra fee, you can find that on our pricing page.

We understand that life changes and so does your healthcare needs. We ask that you would give us a 30 day notice if you need to cancel.

Primary care is not emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911. If it cannot wait until the morning it is an emergency. After hours appointments are available for an additional fee per occurrence.
